Oracle and Quantinuum Partner on Quantum Computing Cloud Service
According to channelnewsasia.com, Oracle and Quantinuum announced a multi-year partnership on Tuesday to bring quantum computing capabilities to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Under the agreement, OCI customers will gain access to Quantinuum's Helios quantum computer, which was commercially launched in November and will be deployed in a U.S.-based Oracle . The system will run on-site within OCI to integrate with existing cloud services under current customer governance. Oracle plans to preview its quantum service in coming months by combining Quantinuum's development stack with open-source hybrid-programming frameworks. Financial terms of the partnership and a deployment date were not disclosed.
