Questions

Is this the app or the website?

Both, on one account. Pro bought here works in the iPhone app and Pro bought in the app works here - access resolves on your email across Stripe and Apple, with no linking step. One thing is Pro on the website that is free in the app: the standalone Sura page, where past conversations are listed and reopened. A company's own page - its quote, price chart, reported figures, note and filings - is Pro on both clients, and a company's filings page is free and public on the website, signed out included. The filing stream and earnings calendar for the companies you follow stay free on the Watchlist itself, on both clients.

How do I cancel?

If you subscribed here, use "Manage or cancel subscription" on this page - it opens the Stripe billing portal, and Pro runs to the end of the period you already paid for. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, cancel in Settings on your device, where your other App Store subscriptions live.

What happens to what I follow if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. A lapsed subscription cannot GROW past the free allowance - following another company is refused, since companies are Pro - but everything you already follow stays followed and stays readable. The same rule covers the market list on the markets screen: an over-cap list can be saved and trimmed, never silently cut down.

Are SEC filings really free?

Yes, permanently. The filing stream and the earnings calendar are free on both clients, on the Watchlist itself. A company's filings page is free and public on the website, signed out included - every filing it made in the last year, outside the wall that covers that company's own page. What Pro buys is being TOLD - a push the moment a company you follow files something that matters, and the morning it reports - and the standing per-company view on the app. Charging for the document itself would be charging for something the government publishes, which is why the stream stays free everywhere, and why the website keeps every company's filings page free even though the company page itself is Pro.

What is a Sura credit, and do they roll over?

One question to Sura, answered from what you are reading. They do not roll over: free credits are counted against the day (5 of them, 15 on your first day) and Pro's 600 against the calendar month, so each window starts clean and nothing is banked from the last one.

Can I pay through Apple instead?

Yes. The same Pro is sold in the iPhone app as an in-app purchase, billed by Apple and managed with your other App Store subscriptions. Buying here costs you the same and reaches the same account.
